It’s one of the best things I do for myself. It improves my life in so many ways and I want you to consider adding exercise to your daily routine.

Start easy and if you’re doing nothing, walk 20 minutes after dinner each night

Exercise with a partner

Vary your routines, e.g. walk one day, bicycle the next. Include things like dancing, racquet sports, wood chopping

Choose a comfortable time of day
